Terms of service

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable after payment we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable duty and tax. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if this affects your order.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our own systems.

Products are supplied for their intended use with supervision. Harnesses, leads, carriers and crates are restraint aids, not substitutes for supervision, and are not certified for use as vehicle safety devices unless the brand states so explicitly.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, except where local consumer law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Brand names, imagery and copy on this site belong to Petzoo or to the houses we represent, and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
