Are the products authentic?
Yes. Every house in our catalogue is held under a direct distribution relationship. We do not buy grey-market stock or resell through unauthorised channels.
How do I choose a size?
Each product page carries the brand's own measurement chart. Measure your pet's chest girth at its widest point and neck circumference, then size up if you fall between two options.
Will I be charged import tax on delivery?
No. Pricing is delivered duty paid, so tax and duty are already included in the total you see at checkout.
Can I order as a retailer?

Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Some styles are seasonal drops and do not return. Where a restock is planned we say so on the product page.
