Order details you provide: name, delivery address, email address, phone number and the contents of your order. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence so the next person who helps you has context.

To process payment, ship your order, handle customs paperwork, answer support requests and process returns or warranty claims.

If you opt in to our newsletter we also use your email address to send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from any message.

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment provider, our carriers and customs brokers, and the email service that sends your order notifications. We do not sell personal data.

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, warranty and tax purposes, then deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Use the contact form and we will respond.
