Fit takes a try or two

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn beyond a fitting, and returned with their original packaging and tags.

Exchanges for a different size in the same style are the fastest route. Tell us the size you need and we reserve it while your original item travels back.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened consumables, treats, grooming liquids, or any item showing signs of use beyond a fitting.

Manufacturing defects are covered by each house's own warranty, which we administer on your behalf. Send photographs of the fault and we handle the claim with the brand directly.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the item arriving back with us.
