Shipping
One landed price, clearly stated
Every order ships delivered duty paid. The price you see at checkout includes the product, freight and import tax — there is nothing to settle with a courier at your door.
Delivery windows
Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 working days of payment. Typical transit is 7–12 working days depending on your address and the size of the item.
Oversized goods such as strollers and crates may take slightly longer as they travel on a separate freight lane. The expected window for your order is shown before you pay.
Duties and taxes
Import duty and tax are calculated and paid by us at the point of shipping. You will never receive a separate customs invoice for a Petzoo order.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first movement.
Delays and lost parcels
If a parcel has not moved for seven working days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we replace or refund it in full.
